The HSL RKITB is designed specficially to make retrofits of Recessed Ceiling Channel Strip Fixtures fast and easy. Universal socket brackets mount within the existing channel and then the ballast covers simply connect to the socket bar using a quarter turn or screw. Sockets are wired for single or double ended bypass, allowing for simple connection to the power. No Ballast is required. Designed around T8 LED tubes, this fixture offers long term energy savings. The QUIK LED/ X1LED utilizes efficient LED T8 lamps that provide high lumen output offering efficient energy savings. Since they don’t require a ballast or driver the only component that will ever need changing is the LED T8 lamp. QUIK LED creates a new fixture with hassle-free maintenance, and as technologies improve simply changing the lamp offers a new look or more energy savings. The lamps are covered by a five year warranty. This system is economical, practical and user friendly.
